Okay, so not many people are willing/able to do this due to the costs involved.
I’m looking to sponsor two (2) Clans.
What I’m willing/able to offer;

Web Space: Up to 20GB of Space
Bandwidth: Up to 200GB of Transfer (HTTP/FTP)
Ads: Yes. Ads will cover the costs of space, and bandwidth for me. (Remember, Game Servers are expensive!) — Monthly Donation Can Remove Ads.
Forum: Your software, unless we work out some sort of deal on a license of forum software.
Domain: We can provide you with a domain for your use (sub-domain, we have a lot to choose from.)
Voice:
TeamSpeak or Vent
Game Server:
Up to 24 Slot Game Server (Depends on game!)
It would be co-sponsored, as in our name & yours would be on there
IRC Channel:
A lot of clans have their channels on Gamesurge, some clans want to get away from all the BS that larger networks offer. You would have the chance to setup your channel on our network in a private environment with little outside interference.
