At Brain Hub, we are more than aware that there are dozens of companies on the web offering free web hosting. However, whilst we are not the only free host, we can safely say that we are among some of the best - if not the best.

Scripting allowed
If you sign up for free web hosting, you might expect to only be able to have a rudimentary website with static pages. Our servers support PHP 5; you can create up to 7 MySQL databases (with phpMyAdmin); and the Fantastico-style automatic script installer lets you install the likes of WordPress, Joomla!, Zen Cart, SMF and many others without needing to download, upload, decompress etc. We also have PHP sendmail enabled (most free hosts disable it) so you can have e-mail forms on your website, and let you password-protect folders using our simple tool.

URL options
Upon signing up, you get a website with an address like example.brainhub.info - known as a subdomain. Then you are allowed to create more websites, with your own domain name. You don’t have to have our name hanging around on the end of your [separator]website’s address. You can also create additional subdomains.

Big quotas
Some web hosting companies will only allow you to have a web site which consists of a single page, and they will jump around angrily if you have more than a handful of visitors. We are different, offering 300 MB of disk space and a 10 GB traffic allowance.

VistaPanel
The VistaPanel is a control panel for your websites, a little like Plesk or cPanel. It is tailor-made for our server setup, and it enables you to do things like create new websites, upload files, get support and so much more. It houses nifty tools like the PHP flags manager and automatic script installer. In short, the VistaPanel is an awesome feature which you will find quite useful when hosting your websites with us.

E-mail
You can create unlimited POP e-mail accounts with your domain name or free subdomain. We offer a webmail system if you don’t want to use an e-mail program. And, best of all, PHP sendmail is enabled.

Technical support
If you run into any problems, our dedicated technical support team is on hand to answer any questions you might have. The VistaPanel includes an easy-to-use support ticket system.

Secure signup
We don’t request the number of chest hairs your father has. In fact, we don’t even ask for your name. When you sign up with Brain Hub, you only need to fill in the necessary details so you can get started immediately. Signing up is secure, and we won’t give your details to identity theives.
